Lowes Foods Super Doubles Savings - Round 2

Alright, so I have returned for round 2 at the Lowes Foods super doubles!  I fared well again, and I am pretty ecstatic about the deals I scored.  
Everything in the picture cost $83.22 before coupons.  After coupons, I paid out $20.65 - a total savings of $62.57!  
Here's what I got:

• 1 package Pampers diapers
• 2 boxes Cheez-It Crackers
• 6 bottles Coffeemate coffee creamer
• 2 packs Lunchables
• 2 packs Wholly Guacamole
• 1 box Archway double chocolate cookies
• 1 pound Johnsonville breakfast sausage

The grocery store had forgotten to take down the sale price for the pizza from last week.  Last week it was on sale for $3.99 and this week it was full price at $6.99.  He honored the old price since the sign was still up, and I doubled a $1.50 coupon making it $0.99!  I'm usually not big on frozen meals, but I have an upcoming surgery on Monday - so this will come in handy, and be much cheaper than take-out! 
With the guacamole & tortillas I got for cheap, I see a couple of Mexican meals in our future too :)
I plan on going back every day until my surgery on Monday, getting what I can - and then planning our meals for the upcoming weeks around what I get for extra cheap.

Lowes Foods Super Doubles Savings - Round 1

Today marked the first day of Lowes Foods super doubles.  Some of you have these in your area, and some of you don't - but I wanted to share my savings with you all.  
The picture above shows everything I got in my coupon savings today.  Before coupons, the total was $88.60 and afterwards I got it down to $22.34.  A total savings of $66.26!

Sunday Savings

I have been on a couponing break for the last few weeks, but really started back again this week.  I have been a couponer for 10 years now, and I get into periods where I just don't feel like doing it any more...so I stop until I feel the want/drive to get back to it.
I am by no means an extreme couponer, and honestly am not a fan of the show because they show scenes that are not going to happen for regular consumers because the stores are waving their coupon policies to get their 5 minutes of fame.  But, we won't get into all of that...
I go to SouthernSavers.com & TheKrazyCouponLady.com to match my coupons to my sales.  I get my coupons online, from the Sunday paper, AllYou magazine, & from calling/emailing companies.
Here is how I fared this week!

Before coupons:  $418.84  After Coupon:  $50.38

Lowes Food
Before coupons:  $77.65  After coupons:  $31.62

Before coupons:  $47.02  After coupons:  $3.52

If I did not shop the sales with coupons, I would have spent $705.56 & after coupons, I spent $95.88.  A total savings of $609.68!!
I shopped the reduced section of my grocery store for meat (forgot the picture) & bought 2 pounds of ground chuck, 2 family size packs of chicken breasts, 2 racks of baby back ribs, & 1 package of pork chops for just $26.09.  I will be submitting a beer rebate (no beer purchase required!!!) for $15, bringing my grand total for all that meat to just $11.09!!
