This week is going to be somewhat on the crazy side, so my slowcooker will definitely be a close friend. We are nearing the end of our fresh produce season, so I am really trying to incorporate as much of it as possible & take advantage of it the most that I can before it's gone.
Here is what I have planned:

Friday: Pork Roast, Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Deviled Eggs
Saturday: Pot Roast with Potatoes & Carrots, Blackeye Peas, & Biscuits
Sunday: Chiles Rellenos
