Apple Sandwiches

Welcome to day 2 of my apple recipe series! 
(Check out yesterday's Honey Vanilla Caramel Apples if you missed it) 
Today, we are going to do apple sandwiches.  Simple but ingenious all in one.  Oh, and don't forget delcious. 
Definitely delicious.

Ingredients:

• your favorite kind of apple - cored, & sliced into rings
• peanut butter
• granola (either store bought or make your own)

Instructions:


Spread some peanut butter on an apple ring.  Sprinkle on a little granola.  Top with another apple slice.

And..... Your done.  Totally easy - and extra special.
