I have taken a vacation this past week from everything, including menu planning - and I am so thankful that I only took a week. Meals go so much smoother when I have the menu plan in place. On top of that, our food budget always goes so much further when I take the time to sit down and plan out what we are going to eat based on what we have at home & what the deals are in the stores at the time.
So, here is what we will be chowing down on this week.
Day 1
Steak, Rice, Green Beans, & Buttermilk Biscuits
Day 2
Skillet Tacos
Day 3
Fried Pork Chops & Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Blackeye Peas, Buttermilk Biscuits
Day 4
Slowcooker Pork Carnitas
Day 5
Southern Fried Chicken Planks, Cheesy Ranch Potatoes, Deviled Eggs
Day 6
Chili & Cornbread
Day 7
Spaghetti & Garlic Bread in the bread machine
